1. Services are provided as scheduled and agreed upon between the client and Fraserman pressure washing.

2. Clients must inform us of any special requirements or areas of concern before the service date.

3. Fraserman pressure washing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or belongings.

4. Clients must ensure clear access to the areas to be cleaned, including removing any obstacles.

5. Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

7. We hold the right to refuse service if the conditions are deemed unsafe for our staff.

8. Clients must notify us of any dissatisfaction within 48 hours of service for resolution.
